For this healthy breakfast you need:
- 1 x cup blueberries – fresh or frozen is fine. I prefer frozen as they keep longer (like 2 years or more in the freezer if sealed!)
- 1/2 x cup rolled oats – I like them wholegrain
- 10 x roasted almonds – can have them raw too if you like
- 2 x Brazil Nuts 1/2 x cup milk – I like soy but any kind is fine. You can even go with water otherwise can be too dry. I also microwave my milk for 2 minutes in the microwave for a warm mix.
